1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor, Who Will Provide For The Contracting Authority Of Project Services Consisting In The Development Of Complete Project Documentation For The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Social Welfare Home In Zakopane At Ul. Szpitalna 21 Together With The Building Adaptation To The Requirements Of Fire Safety Regulations. The Performance Of A Study For The Design Task Referred To Above Includes, In Particular, The Preparation Of An Architectural And Construction Project Together With The Necessary Arrangements, Obtaining A Building Permit, Preparing A Technical And Executive Project, As Well As Technical Specifications Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill-Working Works, Investor Costs And Cost Estimates Zero Cost Estimates Of Individual Industries, I.E. Complete Documentation Necessary To Select The Contractor And Execution Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320) For The Investment: Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Nursing Home In Zakopane At 21 Szpitalna Street At 21 On Registration Plot No. 627 /3 Precinct 003 In Zakopane Together With The Buildings Adaptation To The Requirements Of Fire Safety Regulations , In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In Technical Expertise On Fire Safety Conditions Social Welfare Home In Zakopane Ul. Szpitalna 1 In Zakopane From November 2017, Which Constitutes Annex 7 To Swz And In Accordance With The Decision Of The Małopolska Provincial Commander Of The State Fire Service No. Detailed Requirements Of The Employer Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Designed Building Were Described In Point 5.1 Of The Swz.4. The Terms Of Performance Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Contract, Which Is Annex 6 To This Swz.5. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Intellectual Property Rights, I.E. Proprietary Property Rights To All Works Within The Meaning Of The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights Produced During The Contract, In Particular Such As: Maps, Charts, Drawings, Drawings, Drawings, Drawings, Plans, Reports, Expertise, Calculations And Other Documents Arising In The Performance Of The Contract And Allow The Contracting Authority To Exercise Rights Dependent, I.E.
