Our Cancellation Policy allows you to Cancel your Services and Claim Refund under the following conditions.

Duration	Refund
Service Cancellation Request received within 15 days from the date of Service Activation	100 % amount will be refunded
Service Cancellation Request received between 16 days to 30 days from the date of Service Activation	90 % amount will be refunded
Service Cancellation Request received between 1 month to 6 months from the date of Service Activation	Refund Amount will be calculated on Pro Rata basis for the days Services are availed
Service Cancellation Request received after 6 months from the date of Service Activation	No amount will be refunded

It will take 5-7 days to process your Cancellation Request
Refund will be initiated within 8-15 days from the date of Cancellation Request received
Refund will be credited to you via the same Payment channel through which you had made the Payment
