The Framework Agreement Must Ensure That The Client Has Access To Advisory And Technical Assistance, With Relevant Expertise In Consulting Engineering, Water, Waste And Stormwater (Riva) And Roads. Throughout The Contract Period. Vennesla Municipality Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One (1) Supplier. Future Scope; Estimated Hourly Consumption Per Year 2300, Maximum Withdrawal For The Entire Agreement Period (Incl. Options) Is Nok 16.5 Million. This Is Only An Estimate And Not A Binding Amount. The Supplier Must Assume That The Annual Call-Off Will Be Fraught With Considerable Uncertainty As It Will Vary As A Result Of Municipal Grants And Needs.
