For This Tender, The Assignments Have Been Logically Clustered Into Seven Lots, Each With A Specific Focus And Required Expertise: 1. Water, Soil And Greenery: Water Management, Ecological Advice And Nature Management. 2. Infrastructure: Design, Advice And Supervision Of Infrastructure Projects. 3. Mobility: Policy Development And Traffic Analyses. 4. Housing Agreements: Support With Housing Policy And Monitoring. 5. Public Housing Management: Policy Advice And Cooperation. 6. Spatial Development: Area Visions And Sustainable Initiatives. 7. Soil Investigations: Soil Quality, Remediation Advice And Risk Analysis. This Plot Division Ensures A Clear Demarcation Of Activities. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Over The Entire Term, Including Any Extension Options, Is €95,700,000.
