Procurement Plan for Consultancy Services for Front-End Engineering Design for the New Sulphuric Acid Regeneration (SAR) Plant at MAA Refinery Brief Scope of Work: Consultant shall perform FEED Engineering & Design for the New Sulphuric Acid Regeneration (SAR) Plant at MAA Refinery. The scope shall include FEED documents preparation and finalization for all Disciplines including the design calculations, Data Sheets, FEED drawings and specification of all associated works. Consultant shall carry out all necessary site surveys and shall collect all required existing data, documents, drawings from the COMPANY and review or shall develop if required during FEED stage. FEED Consultant shall ensure proper interface between the various disciplines involved in providing the Services. Perform all required HSE Studies which includes but not limited to Constructability review, HAZOP HAZID, inputs for ESIA, ENVID Study and SIL Study ... etc. Preparation of ITB documents for EPC work along with schedule, Cost estimate, etc. Tender Link : Kuwait Digest
