complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 61 Waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded) for 32mm bore/ dia of discharge pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 62 M&L for repairs to sunken floor/ slab with the following specifications:-(a)Demolition of PCC and taking out old brick bat filling and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (b)PCC 1:2:4,type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate averaging 50mm thick as in sunken floor, with proper slope towards GI spout. The dia of GI Spout pipe shall be 50mm Medium grade.The minimum length of Spout shall be 500mmand if any spout comes above chajja than the length of the spout shall be more than Chajja projection.Ends of Spout shall be tapered and any cutting through brick/ RCC structure shall be done by the Contractor rates are deemed to be included of this aspects.(c) providing 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over bottom and vertical surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.(d) Damp proof course on horizontal / Vertical surfaces with preparation & applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and two coats of undiluted material @ 10.67 lts per 10 sqm of Make :smart care Damp proof of M/s Asian paint or equivalentfor water proofingcompound.(e) Graded Brick bats filling under sunken floor. (f)PCC 1:3:6,type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick, over brick bats filling as in sub base to receive tiles. (g)APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application with not sides and end lap not less than 150mm complete all as specified including Priming surfaces and applying heavy treatment (for severe conditions) using glass fiber basebitumen felt, grade 2 and applying evenly a tack coat of in hot industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces to recieve memebrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-ChargeNote:- (i) For payment purpose only floor area shall be measured. (ii) After Coating of Water proofing compound pounding test shall be carried out by filling the sunken surface with water for 72 Hrs and get approved by Engr-in-Charge if any leakage/ seepage noticed the Contractor will re do the whole process without any extra payment. 63 Dismantling of old/ damaged existing roof treatment with concrete and cleaning all waste and dirt by wire mesh, picking, sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust, etc, and removal of all material out side the cant area, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 64 Applying one coat of neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm on cleaned surfaces of roof, evenly, and screed bed/rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight in cement, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including Water proofing treatment on roof top with APP (Ataxic Poly Propylene) modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/ Sqm, centre core is sandwiched on both sides by high quality polymeric mix with properties of high softening point, high heat resistance and cold resistivity to make it ideal for all water proofing treatment, with polymeric mix protection on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film, laid over one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384, applied @0.40 Kg/ Sqm and one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, conforming to IS:702, applied @1.20Kg/ Sqm on prepared surfaces of roof, overlap should be not less than 150mm at ends and 75mm at sides, joints and overlaps uniformly bounded with LPG torch flame including applying of one coat of semi hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, @1.20 Kg Sqm and fine screened sand in dry condition @0.50 Kg/ Sqm after laying the membrane and lincluding Precast machine pressed factory made PCC tiles, size 300x300mm and 20mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment, pointed in cement mortar 1:3 and laid over 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with creosote oil @5% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.Note: Cost of water proofing chemical shall be included in quoted rate. 65 Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity of 500lt but not exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 66 M&L Cement concreteM-15, type B-1, 1:2:4 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps;
