The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Extension Of The Provincial Road No. 979 In Zagórzany, Consisting In The Construction Of A Section Of A Bicycle Road And The Reconstruction Of The Existing Section Of The Pedestrian Road Into A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, In The Design And Build Mode.2.Completion Of The Order Is Understood As Carrying Out All Necessary Design Works And Construction Works Related To The Construction Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes.3.The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes: 1) The Design Phase Necessary To Obtain A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment Together With A Set Of Arrangements And Studies As Well As Technical And Executive Documentation, 2) Preparation Of A Cost Estimate, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 3) Obtaining A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment - The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply For A Decision With Immediate Enforceability, 4) Notifying On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Commencement Of Construction Works,5) Execution Phase,6) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including An As-Built Geodetic Inventory Map (The Map Should Be Provided With An Official Clause By The Geodetic And Cartographic Service Authority Or Contain A Declaration Of Obtaining A Positive Verification Result) And Other Documents Resulting From Applicable Standards And Regulations.7) Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works Together With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Decision4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Together With Its Annexes - Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
