Północna In Rzepin, Based On The Building Permit Decision No. 15/2026 Of January 19, 2026.2) Exercising Multi-Sectoral Investor Supervision Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law Over The Works Covered By Contract I And Contract Ii, In The Following Specialties: Construction, Road, Sanitary, Electrical And Telecommunications, Together With The Coordination Of Activities Supervision Inspectors, Including Checking The Compliance Of The Works With The Design Documentation, Construction Permit, Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Acceptance Of Works That Are Disappearing And Covered, As Well As Participation In Tests, Measurements And Acceptances; 3) Taking Over, Organizing And Analyzing The Complete Set Of Contract Documents For Both Contracts And Preparing An Opening Report, Containing In Particular A Scope Matrix And A Matrix Of Interfaces Between Contracts, A Risk Register, A Contract Management Plan And An Integrated Master Schedule; 4) Managing The Technical, Organizational, Time And Cost Interface Between Contract I And Contract Ii, Including Maintaining The Contact Register And Interface Cards, So That None Of The Contracts Blocks The Implementation And Acceptance Of The Other; 5) Controlling The Quality Of Constru
