Tenders are invited for Provision of Positioning, Asset Inspection and Seabed Survey Services (Geophysical and Geotechnical). 2.0 SCOPE OF WORK/SERVICE REQUIREMENT Provision of surface and subsea positioning, asset inspection and seabed survey services (geophysical and geotechnical) in the offshore environment are required for exploration, field development, asset integrity, subsea facility layout design and drilling operations. This will include, but not limited to onshore project delivery support, reporting and monitoring of performance, (HSE, Technical, Schedule & Verification) for the following activities: Exploration semi-sub rig positioning, seep detection and sampling. Field development surveys Geophysical & Geotechnical surveys. Field development engineering & Jack-up rig positioning Pipelines/platforms construction support (Dimensional control, subsea metrology for engineering and well marking). Pipeline route and asset inspection surveys. Hydrographic, debris and drilling site surveys, (analogue and digital). Environmental management support 3.0 MANDATORY REQUIREMENT To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested contractors are required to be pre-qualified as essential service vendor in the: 3.09.01 Navigation/Surveying & Positioning Services 3.09.02 Geotechnical Services 3.09.03 Geophysical & Hydrographic Site Survey Services (Product/Services) category in NipeX Joint Qualification System (NJQS) database. Only successfully pre-qualified suppliers in these categories will receive combined Invitation to Technical and Commercial Tender (ITT). To determine if you are pre-qualified and view the product/service category you are listed for; open www.vendors.nipex-ng.com and access NJQS with your log-in details, click on Continue Joint Qualification Scheme tool, then on Check my supplier status and then click Supplier product group. To qualify you must have Category A NIGERIAN CONTENT COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE (NCCC) issued by Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board for Provision of services within these scopes. If you are not listed in the product/service category but you have registered with the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) to do business in the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry, contact the NipeX administration office at 27b Oyinkan Abayomi Drive, Ikoyi, Lagos with your NUPRC certificate as evidence for verification and necessary update. To initiate the NJQS pre-qualification process, access www.nipex-ng.com to download the application form, make necessary payments and contact NipeX office for further action.
