The Subject Of The Contract Is The Involvement Of An Expert/Consultant In The Field Of Family Medicine Or Pediatrics Or Internal Medicine (Item Doctor) For Inspectors, Accreditation Standards In The Field Of Basic Healthcare, Accreditation Reviews, Reports And Appeal Procedure, Which Will Support Cmj Substantive Employees And Experience. The Scope Of The Tasks Of The Expert/Consultant Includes The Following Activities: Consulting And Interpretation Of Accreditation Standards Item Consulting Issues Related To The Specifics Of Work In Poz Conducted On The Basis Of Reports Developed By Inspectors After Accreditation Reviews. Consulting And Preparing A Draft Position Of The Accreditation Center As Part Of The Appeal Procedure. Consulting And Preparation Of The Project Response To The Units Objection To Mz Under The Accreditation Procedure. Presence At Meetings Of The Apoz 2.0 Design Team. Co -Conduct Of One -Day Seminars In The Field Of Accreditation Procedure. Co -Conduct Of Two -Day Seminars For Accreditation Visits. Order Scope: The Maximum Number Of Remote Consultations For An Expert/Consultant Is 360 Hours. Within 18 Months, Including A Maximum Of 3 Meetings Of The Apoz 2.0 Project Team, In Which The Expert/Consultant Will Participate. The Minimum Number Of Remote Consultations For An Expert/Consultant Is 180 Hours. Within 18 Months, Including At Least 2 Meetings Of The Apoz 2.0 Project Team, In Which The Expert/Consultant Will Participate. The Maximum Number Of Seminars Run By An Expert/Consultant Is 5 Seminars Within 18 Months. The Minimum Number Of Seminars Run By An Expert/Consultant Is 3 Seminars Within 18 Months. Note: The Conclusion Of The Contract With The Contractor Does Not Mean The Obligation To Order An Expert/Consultant By The Contracting Authority To Provide Services Constituting The Subject Of The Contract In The Maximum Provided For The Above -Mentioned Dimension. The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect, Including Financial Claims For The Waiting Period For The Performance Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. However, The Employer Undertakes To Use The Minimum Order Level Specified Above, I.E. The Minimum Number Of Consultation Hours Indicated Above And The Minimum Number Of Seminars.
