The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Provision Of Water Rescue Services Understood As Ensuring The Safety Of Floating, Staying And Using Attractions At The Water Gardens Social Integration Center In Wejherowo At Ul. Kalwaryjska, And Conducting Rescue Operations On The Premises, Including Providing Pre -Medical Assistance To People Arriving In The Facility. 2. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Consisting In The Provision Of Water Rescue Services Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Rescue Service Of Discovered Pools, Which Includes: A) Recreational Pool With Irregular Dimensions Of 20.95 M X 43.90 M, With A Water Surface Of 764.00 M2 And A Depth Of 1.20-1.70 M; B) Brake Pool Of The Slide With Dimensions Of 20.25 M X 12.7 M, With A Water Surface Of 201.00 M2 And A Depth Of 1.00 M; C) Paddling Pool With An Area Of ​​196.00 M2 And A Depth Of Up To 0.50 M With A Water Playground With A Diameter Of 9.50 M And A Water Mirror 68.00 M2; D) Bathtub With Hydromassage (3 Pcs) With A Total Area Of ​​15.00 M2 And Depth 0.80 M.2) Providing Pre -Medical First Aid; 3) Ensuring The Safety Of Persons Using Pools Pursuant To Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of 18 August 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (I.E.
