Electrical Services - New Construction Of A Fire Station In Wasserburg A. Inn, Elt. The Currently Used Fire Station Of The Wasserburg A. Inn (Ffw Ws) Was In 1981 In The Former Armory In Wasserburg A. Inn Built. It Has Five Vehicle Parking Spaces On Which 10 Fire Engines And A Fire Engine Are Accommodated. Due To The Current Space Of The Fire Brigade And The Space Not Sufficient At The Current Location, A New Fire Station Is To Be Built For The Ffw Ws. In This Regard, The City Of Wasserburg Has Acquired A Property For The Construction Of The Wasserburg Fire Station In The Area Of The Bus Station In Wasserburg. The Future Vehicle And Organizational Concept (E.G. Respiratory Protection, Hose Maintenance, Cleaning Protective Clothing, ...) For The Ffw Ws, The Future Construction Of The Fire Station Should Be Represented In The Best Possible Way And Taking Into Account The Aspects, Economy And Proportionality Of The Overall Measure. The Object Planning Building Has Already Been Commissioned And Has Created Preliminary Planning Based On The Requirements And Coordinated With The Client And User. The Current Planning Status Is Included In The Procurement Documents And Represents The Basis For Processing The Planning Services. The Following Synergy Effects Are Intended For The Fire Station: The Use Of The Fire Station Is Also Intended For Other Purposes In Addition To The Fire Service: - Use Of The Classroom As An Event Space (E.G. Citizens And Club Meetings, Training) - As Part Of The Lighthouse Concept In The Fheitrophic Firefighters Through Both Wasserburg Fire Brigades: - Training Facilities - Clothing Store - Workshops - Multi -Purpose Space Use For The Fulfillment Of Tasks Of The District Through: - Stationing Of Vehicles In The District Concept (Regular Setting Of The Vehicles) - Setup Option Interesting Preation Preation Privacy Containers The Floor Numbers 563/5, 564 And 566 (In The Meantime Merged To Flnr. 566). These Are Supplemented By The Hall Number 563/4 (Further Planned For The Common Room). The Corridors 563, 563/3 And 563/6 Form Potential Reserve Areas That Are Currently Not Included In The Planning. The Location Of The Building In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Historic Old Town Requires A High Design Claim, In Addition A High Energetic Standard Is Required.
