AC Actuator Induction Motor by supply of suitable gauge copper winding wire including vernishing complete as per direction of EIC. 4 For K-60 Actuator Motor. 5 For K-150 Actuator Motor. 6 Supply, delivery at site and storage of Worm Shaft & Worm Gear set of Actuator installed in Filter Bed. 7 Supply, delivery at site and storage of Actuator Body & other Spare Parts except Actuator Motor of Model No. K 150 F10E 72rpm, Syncroset type including hand wheel & column pipe. 8 Supply, delivery at site and storage of Switch Mechanism of Wiring Diagram No. WD1000 with 4 Nos. 1NO + 1NC Switch Torque & Travel Combined Switch with Continious Local Indicator. 9 Supply, delivery at site and storage of Oil Seal Kit suitable for Rotork Make Actuator Model K 150 & K60. 10 Overhauling of existing Rotork make K60 & K150 Synchroset Actuator of 6Nos. New Body with Accessories, Switch Mechanism of Wiring Diagram, Oil Seal Kit, Repaired Motor etc. by new one as stated in Item Sl. Nos. 1.01 to 1.07 above by Petrol & Steem Wash and refilling with IOCL make Servogen Gear Oil as per direction of EIC. 11 Supply, delivery at site and storage of CPU / PCB and transformer suitable forAuma make Valve Actuator installed with existing Tube Settler Sludge Valve. 12 Overhauling of existing Auma make Actuator installed with the existing Tube Settler Sludge Valve including replacement of damaged CPU/PCB & Transformer by newly supplied units as stated in Item Sl.No. 2.01 above as per direction of EIC. 13 Repairing of Control Desk Panel of Filter Bed including replacement of damaged 10 Nos. Back WashValve (Gate Valve) after necessary repairing of the same as per direction of EIC. 18 Overhauling of 450mm x 450mmDrain Valve (Gate) after necessary repairing of the same as per direction of EIC. 19 Supply, delivery at site and storage of MS Fabricated 450mm x 450mm Sluice Gate Valve Motorised Base. 20 Installation of newly supplied 450mm x 450mm Motorised Gate Valve (Drain Valve) of Item Sl.No.4.00 above in the existing drain of Filter Bed after withdrawing of esisting damaged valve by making necessary masionary work complete. 21 Re-connection of Power & Control Cable with the Actuator and its newly installed LPB panel including Limit Switch Setting, Open & Close both sides & Syncronising with the Actuator on load condition. 22 Making of 17200mm Long x500mm Wide MS fabricated Platform covered with Chequered Plate including necessary supporting arrangementby supplying MS Squire Channel and Chequered Plate complete after withdrawing the existing damaged platform as per direction. 23 Making of 10 Ft. Long MS fabricated Stairs with 10" Gap Steps includingnecessary supporting arrangementby supplying MS Squire Channel and Chequered Plate complete after withdrawing the existing damaged Stairs as per direction. 24 Making Painting of newly constructed MS Fabricated Platform and Stairs by supplying IS:158 Bituminous CTG Asian Black Paint as per direction of EIC. 25 Making Painting of newly repaired Valves bysupplying IS:158 Bituminous CTG Asian Black Paint as per direction of EIC. 26 Making Spray Painting of newly repaired all Rotork make Actuator of Filter Bed by ACRY Silver Grey 22 Bosny Paint & Auma make Actuator of Settler Valve by ACRY Khaki-303 Bosny Paint after cleaning, washing complete as per direction of EIC. 27 Making Spray Painting of existing Control Panel by ACRY White-40 Bosny Paint for Inside and ACRY Khaki-303 Bosny for Outside after cleaning & washing complete as per direction of EIC. 28 Making Painting of Total Railing of Balcony, Platform and Stairs by IS:158 Bituminous CTG Asian Black & DSE Golden Yellow of ICI make as per direction of EIC. 29 Add GST @ 18% 30 Add Cess @ 1%
