The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation In The Formula Design And Build The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Retention Reservoir In Dąbek. The Task Of The Task Includes The Performance Of: - Complete Design Documentation Together With Obtaining All Arrangements, Notifications And Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Water Law, - Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Retention Reservoir, Situated In The Town Plot No. 363 In The Commune Of Troszyn. The Set Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Implementation Of Project Documentation:- Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes,- Implementation Of Geological Research,- Conducting An Assessment Of Environmental Impact Together With The Notification Of The Regional Director For Environmental Protection In Accordance With Art. 118 Of The Nature Conservation Act Of April 16, 2004,- Obtaining A Water Permit,- Obtaining Any Arrangements,- Construction Of A Construction Project,- Implementation Of A Technical Design,- Obtaining A Building Permit Or Effective Notification,- Developing Technical Specifications Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works,- Development Of A Bill Of Quantities,- Development Of Cost Estimate,- Obtaining Other Documents, Arrangements, Opinions Necessary To Implement The Intention. The Scope Including The Implementation Of Project Documentation Should Be Implemented On The Basis Of Applicable Provisions, By A Contractor With Appropriate Experience And Executive Potential, And By Persons With Relevant Qualifications And Professional Experience. 2) Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Retention Reservoir With A Dna Size 26.89 M*96.01 M Which Gives A Dna Area Of ​​2581.71 M2 Through: Retention By Leveling The Area With Grass,- Mocking The Existing Reed- Residues After The Former Tank,- Digging A Retention Tank Along With Spreading The Spoil Within The Study Area To Fill Up Inequalities After The Former Water Reservoir,- Profiling Of The Dna Of The Reservoir,- Leveling And Cleaning Up The Area After Construction Works,- Land Development In The Promotion 10 M From The Edges Of The Tank And The Access Route Through The Performance Of Lawns,- Other Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Task And Not Included In The Functional And Utility Program,- Execution Of The As-Built Documentation Together With The Geodetic As-Built Inventory.
