Tender For Repairing, Maintenance And making Of Spare Parts For Different Gates Andvalves And Carrying Out Other Different Type Of Works At 05 (Five) Different Hydel Power Stations Under Mini Micro Hydel Division, Wbsedcl, Kurseong- 1 Making of big Spindle stem rod by machining, threading, SS welding, grinding in lathe and polishing, finishing & proper sizing for the valve installed at desilting chamber near intake at RHP 2 Making of Lock Nut for Spindle stem rod machining, threading, SS welding, grinding in lathe and polishing, finishing and proper sizing for the valve installed at desilting chamber near intake at RHP. 3 Making of Top cover stuffing box by machining, SS welding, grinding in lathe and polishing, finishing and proper sizing for the valve installed at desilting chamber near intake at RHP. 4 Making of Spindle stem rod by machining, threading, SS welding, grinding in lathe and polishing, finishing and proper sizing for the valve installed at desilting chamber near forebay at RHP 5 Making of Lock Nut for Spindle stem rod by machining, threading, SS welding, grinding in lathe and polishing, finishing and proper sizing for the valve installed at desilting chamber near forebay at RHP 6 Making of Top cover stuffing box by machining, SS welding, grinding in lathe and polishing, finishing and proper sizing for the valve installed at desilting chamber near forebay at RHP. 7 Making of new Handle for drain valve installed at desilting chamber near forebay by welding, machining in lathe and polishing at RHP. 8 Making and supply of Stud bolt-Nuts as per sample for cover plate of penstock cleaning chamber inside power house by machining, threading & polishing in lathe of Unit# 2 at LRHP. 9 Making and supply of Stud Bolt-Nuts as per sample for top cover of turbine housing inside power house by machining, threading & polishing in lathe of Unit#2 at LRHP. 10 Resizing of bolt holes of cover plate & base plate of penstock cleaning chamber inside power house by drilling, threading polishing and surface grinding of Unit#2 at LRHP. 11 Resizing of bolt holes of top cover and bottom cover of turbine housing inside power house by drilling, threading, polishing, and surface grinding of Unit#2 at LRHP. 12 Maintenance & Servicing of Gate at 4 No. By-Pass by replacing nut-bolts, bearing etc., oiling, greasing and repairing the same by cutting, welding, grinding & polishing for proper operation at LRHP. 13 Repairing of damaged carbon brush holder by replacing springs, nut-bolts etc. and servicing the same at LRHP. 14 Fabrication of rpm cable for speed monitoring system of TG-sets by making of nut-socket, grinding, welding & machining for LRHP & RHP. 15 Maintenance & Servicing of drain Valve at forebay chamber by dismantling the total valve assembly, replacing the nut-bolts, packing, gasket etc., oiling, greasing, grinding, polishing for proper operation and finally reassembling the total valve assembly at MKHP. 16 Making of cover plates & nuts-bolts by machining, welding, grinding & polishing for gates at desilting chamber near intake at MKHP. 17 Repairing of nozzle disk by SS welding, machining, grinding & polishing for proper sizing at Fazi. 18 Repairing of spear valve by SS welding, machining, grinding & polishing for proper sizing at Fazi. 19 Repairing of damaged by-pass valve assembly installed at MIV inside powerhouse by gas cutting, fitting of new pipe by arc welding, machining, grinding & polishing for accurate fitting at Fazi. 20 Making of base flange with 6 inch MS pipe by welding, machining, grinding & polishing & replacement of nut-bolts, gasket and fitting the same at damaged Air Vent Pipe near forebay chamber at SHP. 21 Making of supporting structure (ladder shape) with MS angle by cutting, welding, machining, grinding & polishing for proper sizing and fitting the same at penstock Air Vent Pipe near forebay chamber with grounding both end of the structure at SHP.
