Tender For Overhauling Of Esp Installed In Unit No.6 Of 2X250mw, Ptpp Parichha - Water washing and inspection of ESP internal and ash collecting hoppers includes Complete Low pressure jet cleaning of ESP internals and Ash collecting hoppers.Complete Inspection of ESP internal/External Auxiliaries i.e. checking of collecting and emitting electrode guide bar, shock bar, outer arm, inner arm plain bearing GD screen shaft insulator, support insulator, Bushing insulator, Pin Insulator, EERM, CERM, GDRM where ever required.Servicing of collecting and emitting rapping mechanism gear box.Setting of ESP for ash emission as per pollution norms. 2 Checking and alignment of collecting electrode,shock bars and guide. 3 Repairing ofcollecting electrodes by hot correction. 4 RAPPING SYSTEM :Checking of plain bearing assembly for any wear inside. If wear is more than 8 mm, replace the bearingChecking of rapping shaft for wear out shaft replacement.Checking of tumbling hammer assembly for excessive wear on hammer pieces, worn out assembly to be replaced.Checking of Pin wheel assembly replaced if damaged.Checking of shaft insulator, Bushing insulator and pin insulator Replaced if damagedReplacement of Loose emitting electrode if any. 5 Welding work.:Welding of ash hoppers (56 Nos) corner joint top to poke hole , near hopper heater Welding of ESP roof joint.Setting and welding workof GD screen plate if plates are damaged.Patch welding of Collecting electrode hook.Repairing of emitting frame by patch welding. 6 Checking of Bush and replacement of thrust bearing if damaged. 7 Replacement of asbestos rope of ESP top mainhole,side main hole and ESP hopper. 8 Repairing / Replacement of vertical stay of emitting frame. 9 Alignment of distorted emitting structure.
