Tenders are invited for 10-Year Strategic Plan Preparation (Develop a Comprehensive Strategic Plan that will Guide Sdcse, a Public Engineering Consulting Firm, for the Next 10 Years, Aligning with National Development Goals and Sector Priorities) Bid closing date: 30th day of their announcement at 9:00 pm Local time Bid opening date: 30th day of their announcement at 9:30 pm Local time Region: Sidama Scope of Work: The consultant is expected to perform, including but not limited to, Conducting a situational analysis (SWOT analysis, PESTEL, etc.) to assess internal and external factors affecting SDCSE. Engaging stakeholders across all business units through interviews, surveys, or focus groups to gather insights and perspectives. Facilitating strategic planning workshops with key stakeholders from SDCSE. Developing strategic goals and objectives, initiatives, and measurable outcomes for each major service area which reflects the Enterprises Vision and Motto. Preparing a detailed strategic plan document, including an implementation roadmap and evaluation framework. Presenting the final strategic plan to the leadership team and other relevant stakeholders. Qualifications: The ideal consultant will have: Proven experience in strategic planning and organizational development, preferably within the engineering or consulting sector. Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills A solid understanding of the engineering consulting industry. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Relevant academic qualifications (e.g., Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field).
