1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Replacement Investor Service For The Project Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Building In The Zagrodno Commune. Investment Implemented Under Priority No. 2 European Funds For The Environment In Lower Silesia Activities 2.1 Energy Efficiency In Public Buildings Of The European Funds Program For Lower Silesia 2021-2027.2. As Part Of The Thermomodernization Project, One School Building Facility Will Be Subjected To Plot No. 777/2; Precinct: 0010 Zagrodno; J. Eth. 022605_2; Province Lower Silesia; Poviat Złotoryjski; Commune Zagrodno. Thermomodernization Will Include The Following Range:- Modernization Of Central Heating Installations By Installing Air-Water Heat Pump, Replacement Of The Existing Gas Boiler With A New Condensing Boiler As An Auxiliary Source (So-Called Peak), Replacement Of Central Heating Installation. And Its Thermal Insulation, Installation Of Steel And Panel Radiators With Thermostatic Valves.- Modernization Of Domestic Hot Water Installations By Replacing The Hot Water Container, Use Of Control Automation, Partial Replacement Of The Installation.- Insulation Of External Walls Of The Old Part Of The Building With A Layer Of Insulation. New.- Replacement Of External Doors With New Tight .- Replacement Windows For New. Use Of Motion Sensors In Toilets Or Twilight Sensors In The Corridors And Holles.- Installation Of Photovoltaic Installations. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) The Provision Of A Replacement Investor Service Over The Implementation Of The Investment On Behalf Of The Employer, 2) Conducting Full Industry Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment On Behalf Of The Employer (Construction, Sanitary, Electric). Presence At The Construction Site 3 Times A Week And At Each Call Of The Employer And Participation In Construction Councils, A Full Of 3 -Person Team Of Full Industry Investor Supervision Together With The Project Coordinator, 3) Conducting Coordination Meetings With The Participation Of The Contractor, Supervision Inspectors And Representatives Of The Contracting Authority, 4) Monitoring And Monitoring Supporting Financial Settlements Of The Investment Task, 5) Project Promotion Including Performance And Delivery Promotional Materials Required In Accordance With The Co-Financing Regulations, 6) Settlement (Partial And Final) Of The Contract For Investment Co-Financing, 7) Formal Supervision Over Obtaining Result Indicators By The Contractor By Developing Ex-Post Audits For The Building Under Thermomodernization, No Later Than The Subsidy Agreement Requires. 3.
