Engineering Services-Establishment Of A New Daycare Center And Input/Connection To The Existing Day Care Center As Well As The Partial Renovation Of The Existing Day Care Center In Obernzenn-Services Of Technical Equipment, Plant Groups 1, 2, 3, 7 And 8, Performance Phases 1–9 53 Ff. Hoai. The Obernzenn Market Intends To Set Up A New Daycare Center And Input/Connection To The Existing Day Care Center And The Subsequent Partial Renovation Of The Existing Day Care Center In Obernzenn. In The First Construction Phase, The New Daycare Center (Control Kindergarten And Crèche) Is To Be Created As The Ground-Floor, Non-Basement Building In Solid Or Modular Construction (Both Conceivable In Construction And Costs). The New Building Must Receive A Connection To The Existing Day Care Center (Integration Or Connecting The Existing And New Buildings). After The New Building Has Been Drawn, The Partial Renovation Of The Two Existing Daycare Buildings Is Required (= 2Nd Construction Phase). The Buildings Of The Existing Daycare Center Were Built By Time And Are Used Differently. The Following Space Requirement Was Determined For The New Construction Of The New Day Care Center:-3 Group Rooms For Rule Groups,-1 Group Room For Crib Children Or 1 Group Room That Can Be Used For Children Of Age 1 To 6 And All The Necessary Sleep, Side, Personnel, Personnel Sanitary Rooms And Infrastructures. Due To The Size Of The Future Facility, Two Separate Personnel Areas (Including Sanitary Rooms) Are Expedient. The Existing Day Care Center Is Currently Located In Two Components:-Component In Operation Since 1995: In Monolithic Construction, Ground-Storey Construction (Not Lower Cellar) With A Hipped Roof For Two Control Kindergarten Groups; The Sanitary Facilities Were Expanded In 2016. There Are Currently 3 Standard Groups With 20 Children Each Housed In The Two Group Rooms And In The (Former) Movement Room. Gas Heating (Via Radiators). - Component In Operation Since 2014: In A Wooden Frame Construction, Ground-Floor Cultivation (Not Lower Cellar) With A Flat Roof For 2 Crib Groups With The Necessary Side And Sanitary Rooms. Both Crib Groups Are Currently Fully Occupied. Gas Heating (Underfloor Heating). In The Course Of The Planning, It Should Be Determined Whether And With What Effort The Part Of The Building From 1995 Can Be Converted Into Use With Two Other Crib Groups Or Whether It Makes More Sense, In This Part Of The Building After The Renovation Areas For Funding, Movement, Creativity, Learning , To Accommodate Personnel, Training, Storage, Technology, Etc. The Care Concept Provides For Its Own Dining Room With (Output) Kitchen.
