Scope Of The Order: Preparation Of Estimated Reports Regarding The Determination Of The Market Value Of The Property Ownership Right And/Or Perpetual Usufruct Right For The Purposes Of: Exchange (For 13 Registration Plots), Free Transfer (For 10 Registration Plots), Sale (For 2 Registration Plots), Sale Of Property Rights Land Real Estate For Perpetual Usufructuary (For 6 Registration Plots), Determination Of A One -Off Remuneration For Establishing A Limited Property Right (For 1 Registration Plot), Determining The Fee For Transforming The Right Of Perpetual Usufruct Into The Right To Ownership Of Real Estate (For 1 Registration Plot), Update Of The Fee Annual For Perpetual Usufruct (For 45 Registration Plots), Determination Of The Planning Fee (For 2 Registration Plots), Determination Of The Adjacent Fee (For 19 Registration Plots) And Determining The Market Value Of The Assets In Order To Introduce Them To The Property Records Of The City Of Rzeszów (For 1 Order Located On 2 Plots) And The Preparation Of Estimates Regarding The Determination Of The Market Value Of The Ownership Of The Housing Property Together With The Share In The Land In Order To Determine The Sale Price For The Current Tenant (For 1 Residential Premises).
