Information On The Construction Project The Luisenblock Ost I (Lbo1) Project Serves To Cover The Area Needs Of The German Bundestag, Which Essentially From The Implementation Of The So-Called 3-Room Or 4-Room Principle And The Task Of Rented Or Exhaustive Properties In The Center Of Berlin. On Behalf Of The Bmwsb, The Bbr Created A Feasibility Study For The Sub-Project Lbo I, Which Was Presented To The Building And Space Commission On June 22Nd, 2022 And Serves As The Basis For Drawing Up An Initial Project Document (Ipu). The Luisenblock East I Is Divided Into The Following Components: Component A1: Predicting Use As An Office And Administration Building For Mps, 3 Sub-Floors (Including 2 Underground Parking Floors For Approx. 190 Parking Spaces) And 7 Upper Floors (Og) For Approx. 320 Offices, Meeting Rooms, 4 Committee Meeting Rooms, 1 Listening -Proof Conference Room. Component B: Previous Use As An Office Building For The Bundestag Administration As Well As Data Center, 2 Ugs And 7 Ogs With 68 Offices. Component C: Leading Office And Archive Use, Central Postal Acceptance Of The Bundestag With Postal Radio Route On The Ground Floor, 2 Ugs And 7 Ogs With 138 Offices. Existing Building Kesselhaus K And Workshop Building W With Rooms For Training Purposes And A Gastronomic Facility, 2 Or 4 Ogs, 1 Ug Connection To The Underground Development System (Ues) Through The North Tunnel T5 Across The Luisenstraße Below Components B And C For Car/Truck And The Continuation As A Tunnel T2 Up To The Underground Car Park Under Component A For Cars And Trucks Up To 7.5 T. Pedestrian Tunnel T3 Between Component A And Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus (Melh). Demand Planning The User Requirements Planning Includes The Following Essential Uses: - Up To 565 Office Units, Including Approx. 260 Mps And 80 For Parliamentary Committees, Committee Session And A 1 Session Room, - Gastronomic Furnishings And Canteens, Magazine And Archive Areas, - Delivery Of Goods With Post -Radio Control And Distribution Center, - Data Center With Certification Blue Angel - Safety -Related Areas (Police Etc.) - Approx. 170 Parking Spaces For Cars And 20 For Small Vans The Space Requirement Amounts To A Total Of Approx. 33,600 M² Nf. Due To The High Complexity, The Project Must Be Implemented In Partnership, Integrated Project Processing Based On A Multi -Party Contract. The Central Component Of This Model Is The Early Integration Of Execution Competence Into The Planning Process. The Aim Of This Approach Is To Optimally Handle The Project Overall With Regard To The Dates, Costs And Qualities With Lean Management Methods And Integrated Project Processing As An Innovative Approach To The Value -Adding Organization, Planning And Production Control.
