Amc For Instrument Maintenance Work At Reep Repair, Maintenance, and Installation of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Industry Unit; AMC for Instrument Maintenance work at REEP; as per scope of work and BOQ-1 Laying, dressing, termination, ferruling of instrument cable (Power / signal) on cable tray / supports. Including & up to 2.5 Sq mm 7 core 2 Laying, dressing, termination, ferruling of instrument cable(Power / signal) on cable tray / supports. Above 7 core & Up to 2.5 sq. mm 24 core. 3 Fixing / replacement of Instrument cable tray (GI / FRP) with necessary support works. This includes bends, coupler plates, suitable fasteners & welding, cutting of supports / MS angles, fixing on walls etc. As directed by EIC. Size – 50 to 200 mm, perforated type,300 to 600 mm, ladder / perforated type. 4 Fabrication of M.S. Checking Voltage and Earthing and terminal tightness of each components i.e MCB,I/O Terminals,Fuse etc. Checking the Voltage Restoring the normal working condition. Maintenance work to be carried out as per direction of EIC 22 Maintenance of Battery 92 Nos: Blowering and cleaning, dedusting of UPS. Checking Voltage and Earthing and terminal tightness of each components i.e MCB,I/O Terminals, Fuse etc. Check the Voltage of the Each Battery with final output reading .Replacing the faulty component like MCB,I/O Terminals,Fuse,Battery. Checking the Voltage Restoring the normal working condition. Maintenance work to be carried out as per direction of EIC. 23 Maintenance of PLC: Blowering and cleaning, dedusting of PLC.Checking Voltage and Earthing and terminal tightness of each components i.e. MCB,I/O Terminals,Fuse,PLC Modules, I/O Modules. Repair/Replacing the faulty component like MCB,I/O Terminals,Fuse,PLC Modules, I/O Modules/ wiring. Maintenance work to be carried out as per direction of EIC . 24 Maintenance of Compressor : Blowering and cleaning,dedusting, Lubrication of Cylinder, Blow down etc .Checking Voltage and Earthing and terminal tightness of components i.e MCB,Terminals,Fuse,etc.Repair/Replacing the faulty component like MCB,I/O Terminals,Fuse,Controller etc. Checking the Voltage Restoring the normal working condition. Maintenance work to be carried out as per direction of EIC. 25 Maintenance of Dryer: Blowering and cleaning,dedusting of Dryer, Lubrication of Cylinder, Blow down etc .Checking Voltage and Earthing and terminal tightness of Dryer components i.e MCB,Terminals,Fuse,etc.Repair/Replacing the faulty component like MCB,I/O Terminals,Fuse,etc. Checking the Voltage Restoring the normal working condition. Maintenance work to be carried out as per direction of EIC. 26 Preventive & Maintenance of Instrument Control Valves: Blowering and cleaning, dedusting/Covering and Lubrication of Control valve, check the Supply/signal 4- 20MA .Checking the operation of the control valve and also operation from the Control Room. Maintenance work to be carried out as per direction of EIC. 27 Preventive & Maintenance of Flowmeter with transmitter: Blowering and cleaning, dedusting/Covering and terminal tightness, check the Supply/signal 4-20MA .Checking the operation and also operation from the Control Room.Maintenance work to be carried out as per direction of EIC. 28 Preventive & Maintenance of level sensor/Switch with transmitter: Blowering and cleaning, dedusting/Covering and terminal tightness, check the Supply/signal 4-20MA.Checking the operation and also operation from the Control Room.
