The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Performance Of Chimney Sweep Services In Residential And Utility Buildings Constituting The City Of Słupsk Administered By Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Mieszkaniowap. Z O.O. In Słupsk. The Service Of Services Includes:-Removal Of Pollutants From Smoke, Flue And Ventilation Ducts Along With Deportation, Utilization Of Cleaners And Soot In Accordance With The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Journal Of Laws 2023 Solid Fuel-Fired-At Least Once Every Three Months Within 1 Year, During The Contract;-Cleaning Of Liquid And Gas-Fired Hearth Cables-At Least Once Every 6 Months Within 1 Year, The Duration Of The Contract;-Cleaning Of Ventilation Ducts 1 Time In The Year, During The Duration Of The Contract-Conducting Periodic Control Of The Technical Condition Of The Smoke, Combustion And Ventilation Ducts Together With The Issuing Of Relevant Recommendations/Opinions Regarding:-Indicating The Causes Of The Faulty Operation Of Heating And Comic Devices;-References To The Indicated Place Of The Chimney Flue Leaks;-Braces, Combustion, Combustion And Ventilation To Other Cables With An Indication Of The Cable To Which You Should Be Switched To;-The Vulgarity Of Ventilation Connections And Cable Devices Made After Another Opinion Of The Absolute Opinion On The Number Of Connections,-The Correctness Of The Connection Of Ventilation And Devices To The Cables Regardless Of The Number Of Connections .- As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Perform The Following Services At The Request Of The Ordering Party:-The Chimney Flue Without Forging Of Auxiliary Holes; -Itage And Cleanse Chimney Flues Or Removing Bird Nests With Auxiliary Holes,-Complying With The X-Rays Of Chimney Flues With A Specialized Tv Camera,-Installation Of Fall/Audit Door ,-Mechanical Cleaning Of The Chimney Flue To Remove Hard Glass Or Tarry Soot,-Management Of Chimney Sweeping To Determine The Method And Type Of Heating That Can Be Used In Premises. In Point 5.2.6. They Will Be Performed By The Contractor On The Basis Of Separate Orders, And Their Quantity Is An Instead Of The Need For Needs.
