Tenders are invited for Construction of Defence Headquarters Complex (DHQC) Project at Akuregoda A complete Bidding notice in English language may be collected by interested Bidders on submission of a written application to the address: The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred (LKR 3,500/ = ). The method of payment will be in cash. Didy completed Bids shall be delivered to: The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla at or before 1000 hrs on 17*^ February 2025. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders representative who chooses to attend in person at Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. A Pre Bid Meeting will be held at 1000 hrs on 05**1 February 2025 at the Project Management Unit of Defence Headquarters Complex Project at Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. Bids shall be valid up to 19^ May 2025 (91 days after the date of Bid Opening). If the quoted bid value exceeds Rs. 2,000,000.00 such bids shall be accompanied with an on demand and unconditional bid guarantee for equivalent 1 % of total value through a recognized local bank registered in Sri Lanka which is authorized by Central Bank of Sri Lanka to issue such bid guarantees. The bid guarantee must be valid for a period of 120 Days after the date of closing of the Bid (up to 171*1 June 2025) and it shall be addressed to Director, Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla.
