Part I Terminal Workshop Applies To Parts 1, 2, 3, 4: The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Delivery Of A Brand New One, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Carry Out A Test Of Correct Operation, Coming From Official Distribution Channels Manufacturer, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights For Equipment And Accessories To The Extent Specified In Annexes 1 And 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 To The Swz Together With Their Transport, Carrying, Setting And Assembly (If Applicable) In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, B) The Delivered Equipment Should Be Energy-Saving, I.E. Class A, A+, A++ A+++ Or Equivalent (If Applicable), C) Delivery Together With With The Order, Instructions Required To Operate In Polish (If Applicable), D) Provision Of Technical And Operational Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Order, (If Applicable), E) Delivery Of Warranty Documents With The Order Issued By The Manufacturer, As Well As All The Wires, Cables, Connectors, Etc. Necessary For The Proper Operation (If They Are Required For The Proper Operation Of The Product) Of September 25, 2024 Amending The Regulation On The Basic Conditions Necessary For The Implementation Of Teaching, Educational And Care Tasks And Curricula By Schools And Teachers. E) The Contractor (Or The Courier Company Hired By Him) Is Obliged To Collect The Remaining Equipment Packaging And Dispose Of It By Specialized Companies That Deal With This. 4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Each Part, Including The Material And Quantitative Description, Technical Parameters And Operational Requirements, Is Described In Annexes No. 1, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 To The Swz.
