Supervision Of Works, Including Physical-Financial Schedules, Being Responsible For Preparing Measurement Bulletins, Photographic Reports And Reprogramming Whenever Necessary. Providing Specialized Advice, When Requested, In The Analysis Of Construction Companies Claims For Changes To Deadlines, Costs, Methods Executives, Technical Solutions, Issuing A Conclusive Opinion On The Subject. Approve The Locations And Designs Of Construction Sites, As Well As Require Their Maintenance During The Execution Of Works. Prepare Conclusive Opinions On Any Matter That Involves Changes In Contracts, Total Or Partial Suspension Of Services, Execution Of Services Not Provided For In Contracts, Alteration Of Unit Prices And/Or Cost Compositions New Services, Considering The Impact On Costs And Contractual Deadlines...
