Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for PHAF Housing Scheme at Kuchlak Road, Quetta Bidders/Firms having valid PEC registration and registered on PPRA EPADS may download the complete set of TORs that contain detailed terms and conditions and the procedure for submission of applications, evaluation criteria etc. from the official website of PPRA-EPADS. Additionally bidders are required to provide an original pay order amounting to Rs. 5,000/- in favor of "Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation (PHA-F)" as documentation fee to be attached with the application. The Bids must be submitted via PPRA-EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) (Scanned Copy) and Original must be submitted in two sealed envelope separately marked as Technical and Financial Proposal with single outer envelope in the office of Chief Engineer. Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation (PHA-F), located on the Ground Floor of Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad at or before 12:00 hours, on 04-02-2024. Further technical bids will be opened at 13:00 hours on the same day by the bid opening committee, in the committee room of PHAF in presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. The Bid security amounting to Rs. 2,500,000/- in favor of "Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation (PHA-F) must be attached with the Technical Bid and scanned copy be uploaded on PPRA-EPADS and original be submitted in sealed envelope along with Technical Bid.
