Separate Position No. 2: Providing Services Via Gsm Telephony With National Coverage (Public Telecommunications Mobile Cellular Network According To The Gsm Standard) And Traffic Maps, For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Pleven. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Should Be Carried Out In Full Accordance With The Technical Specification Proposed By The Contracting Authority.
