Energy Performance Contract - Design And Execution Of Energy Performance Work And Operation Of Climate Engineering Installations At The Alfred Nakache Aquatic Center In Sauvian. This Contract Is A Global Public Energy Performance Contract Combining The Design, Construction, Operation And Maintenance Of The Climate Engineering And Water And Air Treatment Installations Of The A. Nakache Aquatic Center In Sauvian. It Is Defined In Articles L.2171-3 And R.2171-2 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Constitutes An Energy Performance Contract (“Epc”). The Objective Of The Cpe Is To Reduce Consumption Of All Fluids Combined In Order To Be Able To Meet The Expectations Of The Tertiary Decree (Absolute Objective / Relative Objective) And To Be Able To Allow The Reopening Of The Nordic Basin Over The Entire Year. The Objective Will Be To Achieve Savings Of At Least 10% For Gas And Electricity Compared To The Reference Situation Defined In The Cpe Data, To Achieve A Reduction In Consumption Consistent With The Objectives Of The Tertiary Decree For Electricity (2030) And To Propose An Orientation Energy Transition Through The Implementation Of Renewable Energies, The Technical And Economic Feasibility Of Which Will Be Studied And Will Determine The Market Objectives. The Consultation Concerns The Management And Supply Of Energy, Operation, Adaptation To Measures Intended To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of Heat Production Equipment, Domestic Hot Water Production, Chilled Water Production, Compressed Air Production And Ventilation Of Installations. The Consultation Concerns The Climate Engineering Installations (Heating, Domestic Hot Water, Cold, Ventilation And Air Treatment) And Water Treatment Of The Alfred Nakache Aquatic Center (3,654 M² Floor Area) With The Objective Of Reducing Energy Consumption Used For Heating And Domestic Hot Water (Gas, Electricity) By At Least 10% From The First Year After Receipt Of The Work. The Holder Thus Undertakes To Achieve This Minimum Objective For Each Contractual Monitoring Period From The Effective Date Of Total Receipt Of The Energy Performance Improvement Actions. He Also Undertakes To Respect The Contractual Level Of Service. This Objective Is Contractually Guaranteed Under The Conditions Defined By The Consultation Documents. It Is Subject To An Energy Performance Guarantee Which Consists Of The Holder Compensating The Contracting Authority For Any Damage Resulting From The Non-Achievement Of This Performance. An Energy Transition Direction Through The Implementation Of Renewable Energies Is Also Expected, The Technical And Economic Feasibility Of Which Will Be Studied And Will Determine The Market Objectives.
