The Subject Of The Work Reconstruction Of The Dispatch Building In The Teplice In The Czech Republic The 2Nd Stage Is: A) Preparation Of Project Documentation For The Permit For The Construction Of Transport Infrastructure (Dps), Which Specifies The Subject Of The Work To Such An Extent That It Can Be Discussed In The Planning Permit Procedure, Obtain A Valid Permit For The Plan (Construction Permit) According To Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Act), Including The Opinion Of The Notified Entity At The Stage Of Issuing The Planning Permit And The Activities Of The Osh Coordinator During Work At The Construction Site In The Preparation Phase, Including The Preparation Of The Osh Plan At The Construction Site And The Maintenance Manual. B) Processing And Submission Of An Application For The Issuance Of A Project Permit According To The Building Act, Including All Required Documents, The Result Of Which Will Be The Issuance Of A Project Permit (Construction Permit). The Contractor Will Cooperate In Issuing Relevant Decisions Until They Become Legally Binding. C) Preparation Of The Project Documentation For Construction Implementation (Pdps), Which Elaborates And Defines The Requirements For The Construction In Details That Specify The Subject Of The Work To Such An Extent That It Is The Basis For The Tender Procedure For The Construction Of The Construction, Including The Assessment Of Conformity Or Suitability For The Use Of An Interoperability Element Or Ec Declaration Of Verification Of The Subsystem By A Notified Body. D) Performance Of Supervision Of The Designer During The Preparation Of The Pdps And During Construction. A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Public Procurement Is Provided In Other Parts Of The Procurement Documentation.
