Eligibility of Tenderer: Manufacturer Manufacturer 1. Manufacturer must have valid API, ISO relevant certificate . 2. Manufacturer must submit API certificate of last 10 years for lot-1 & 8 years for lot-2. 3. Manufacturer have Overall 10 years experience for lot-1 & 8 years experience for lot-2 of manufacturing. 4. Manufacturer have Overall 10 years experience for lot-1 & 8 years experience for lot-2 of similar materials manufacturing and must have 07 years proven sales record to IOC companys other than the Manufactures Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate. Supplier: Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of Firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization. Supplier must be a Internationally Reputed Supplier at Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products. Supplier have 12 years Overall experience of Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products. Supplier must have 12 years experience of similar materials Supply and must have 10 years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed companys other than the Supplier Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate.
