Annual Contract For Repair / Reconditioning Of Various Components Installed At Ash Handling Plant, Ctpp, Chhabra - Name of work:- Annual contract for repair / reconditioning of various components installed at Ash Handling Plant, DM plant, CW/ACW Plant, Fire Fighting system, 4 Nos. RCC Silo (Cap 500MT) and SS Tubes after coolers of compressor Model No. HN2T215LP and inter cooler & after cooler of Model No. HX2T60 NP of AHP Unit# 1 to 4, CTPP, Chhabra. 1.00 (PART-A) SCOPE OF WORK:- (A) Repair/Reconditioning of components of Ash Handling Plant 1. Repair of conveyor pulley shaft 50mm to 70mm dia at bearing of 650mm wide belt by removing of damaged s]haft and providing, fitting new shaft (material EN-8) 2. Removal of sheared off HT Bolts from the bar connector of Bottom Ash Scraper Chain Conveyor bar by i. Welding of sheared off bolt. ii. Drilling in the bolts. iii. Taping in the bolts. iv. Threading of holes in the bar connector 3. Repair of Bottom Ash Scraper Chain conveyor guide wheel assembly by. i. Dismantling of guide wheel shaft & plumber block, bearing from guide wheel. ii. Providing of key in the guide wheel shaft and guide wheel bush. iii. Removal of worn out parts from guide wheel shaft. iv. Machining of guide wheel shaft. v. Providing of C.I. Bush in the guide wheel with locking arrangements and machining of the same to fit the guide wheel shaft. vi. Fabrication and fitting of sealing rings for plumber block ends vii. Refixing of guide wheel shaft in guide wheel by providing key and locking arrangements. 4. Repair of purge air centrifugal fan by welding, machining, grinding, finishing and reconditioning of damaged / broken wanes and fabrication and providing of new shaft (EN-8) and fitting of shaft and fan and balancing 5. Repair of Bottom ash conveyor tail pulley/takeup pulley size upto Ø400x800mm length by removing of damaged worn out shaft dia. 100mm at bearing, fabrication and providing of new EN-8 shaft. 6. Repair of belt conveyor BC-4 and other Head/discharge pulley for bottom ash handling system of unti#1 to 4 by removing of damaged / worn out shaft dia. Upto 100mm at bearing, fabrication and providing of new EM-8 shaft. 7. Repair/reconditioning of scraper chain conveyor bars. 1. Removal of damaged / worn out plate (strip) from both sides of 8" size channel and side wall. 2 x (63 mm width x 1430 mm long) by gas cutting & grinding. П. Making new plates strip (liner) of sale hard plate size 16 mm thick x 63 mm width x 1430 mm long. Removal of bend / deformations of bars. IV. Providing new plate strip (liner) on both side of 8" channel & side wall by stitch welding & grinding. V. Removal of outness to avoid touching Signature validoval of bend and alignment of bars and side wall to make straightness Digitalتوبيا olding plates. 8. Repairing/reconditioning of grinder rollers of stage-I&II by deposition of material on roller tooth and finishing according to required profile. (B) Repair/Reconditioning of common components of Ash Handling Plant, DM Plant, CW & ACW Plant and Fire Fighting System. 1. Repairing / reconditioning of impellers of pumps, stage-I&II by build up to material at eroded area with welding, cutting, providing seal ring on impeller as per size and finishing after repairing and dynamic balancing. 2. Repairing/reconditioning of suction bell of HP Pump of stage-I&IIby welding, grinding. formation of bearing seat by providing inserting metallic sleeve etc. 3. Repairing/reconditioning of inter- bowl of HP Pump of stage-I&IIby welding, grinding and formation of bearing seat by providing/inserting metallic sleeve etc. 4. Repairing / reconditioning of discharge case of HP Pump of stage-1&Ilby welding, grinding and formation of bearing seat by providing/inserting metalic sleeve etc. 5. Repairing/reconditioning of top shaft enclosing tube of HP Pump stage-I&II by filling material and thread cutting inside / outside as per requirement. 6. Repairing/reconditioning of CS gate / globe valves of size 100NB to 350NB a. By replacing / providing worn out parts such as disc and body seal rings, valve plunger, guide-nut, spindle etc. with welding and grinding b. By replacing plunger disc, disc and body seal ring and welding and grinding. c. By replacing guide nut and spindle etc. with welding and grinding d. By replacing body and plunger seal ring with welding and grinding 7. Repairing/reconditioning of non - return valves size 150NB to 300NB a. By providing / repairing of flapper disc, hanger, disc seal ring and body seal ring etc. with welding and grinding. b. By providing / repairing of flapper disc seal ring and body seal ring with welding and grinding. c. By providing / repairing of body seal ring, flap seal ring and hangers with body seal ring with welding and grinding. (C) Repairing of Shafts, Sleeve, Guide Piece, Check Nut & Lock Nut of CW Pump, Unit#1&4.CTPP. Chhahra. 1. Straightening of all shafts. 2. Machining of all shafts where ever required. 3. Filling of material in Guide Piece and machining to bring under required profile. 4. Filling of material in head shaft sleeve and machining to bring dimensions under allowable limit. 5. Repairing and thread making in check nut and lock nut. (D) Repairing of SS Shafts of ACW Pump, Unit#1&4, CTPP, Chhabra Straightening and machining, where ever required of shafts.
