Tenders are invited for Price and Method of Valuation of All COMIKAGI Properties Method of Valuation of All Comikagi Properties Objectives This activity aims to determine the value of all assets of the COMIKAGI Cooperative Achievements The successful bidder will do the following: To carry out the valuation of immovable assets consisting of land, buildings, forests and movable assets consisting of machinery used in the manufacturing industry, vehicles, equipment used in mining and processing of precious minerals, office equipment, etc. To prepare and submit a detailed valuation report on all assets of the cooperative, indicating the methods used and the documents used To comply with the laws and regulations governing the valuation profession in Rwanda and in the Region To work with the COMIKAGI management in answering all questions and providing transparency in improving the valuation work that will be done To present to the COMIKAGI management the results of the valuation all cooperative properties Required administrative documents for the company seeking employment RDB certificate showing that the company is authorized to carry out this activity Certificate showing that the company is authorized to carry out property valuation work in Rwanda At least three (3) years of experience Certificate that the company is registered for VAT Certificate that the company has no tax debts issued by RRA Demonstration of the companys place of business is shown by the companys place of business agreement Certificate that the company is not bankrupt issued by RDB Required documents showing experience and competence for the company seeking employment Demonstration of at least 2 documents showing where the company has successfully completed a similar job. Demonstrate a professional valuer who leads the project (Team Leader) with a University degree of Second Class A0 in Civil Engineering or Real Estate, with at least 5 years of work experience.
