Procurement Plan for Standby Service Contract for Works Related to Al-Zour Refinery. Scope of Work (Brief Description): Procurement and construction of Mechanical Project works with associated Civil/Electrical/Instrumentation works through Issuance of specific work orders/Purchase orders with all associated supporting activities including but not limited to manpower & equipment supply, Engineering quality assurance, quality control, Inspection Safety, Project Management and coordination based on applicable unit rates specified in contract. The contract is intended to provide, assured backup services of a competent, resourceful Local Contractor available at short notice. (on Call) in to commence and compete various types of works including but not limited to the following at companys existing facilities in Kuwait or any other location as directed by the company.
