Procurement Plan for Leasing and Maintenance of Photocopier Machines for KNPC Brief Scope of Work: The Company intends to obtain photocopier machines on rental basis as per the scope of services. Scope of Services. The Contractor shall supply brand new unused photocopier machines as requested by the Company on lease basis to all locations The Contractor shall maintain 24/7 of all leased photocopier machines in a good working condition at all times. The Contractor shall provide all the required spare parts and consumables for the maintenance and performance of the photocopier machines including toner cartridges at Contractors own cost. The Contractor shall attend the maintenance and emergency call within an hour of the call.
