The Bird Survey Service Of The Joint Estonian And Latvian Offshore Wind Farm Project (Elwind) Is Ordered. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Parts: (1) Estonian Study Area; (2) Latvian Study Area. In Part No. 1 (Estonian Study Area), A Bird Base Survey, A Bird Radar Survey, And A Telemetry Survey Of Little Gulls And Black-Backed Gulls Must Be Carried Out. In Part No. 2 (Latvian Study Area), A Bird Base Survey And A Bird Radar Survey Must Be Carried Out. The Offer Must Be Submitted For Both Parts At The Same Time.
