Tenders are invited for Project Preparation Facility Landscape and Partnership Analysis. Qualifications of Consultants from the Firm 20) Lead Consultant(s) qualifications The Lead Consultant shall have a minimum qualification of a masters degree in social science studies, economics, engineering, or relevant working experience. The Lead Consultant should have at least ten (10) years of experience in strategy, climate finance, private sector investments, in one or more of these areas: renewable energy, energy access, energy efficiency, sustainable mobility, green banking, green/blue bonds, agriculture/agribusiness, water, or other sectors relevant to climate adaptation and mitigation. The Lead Consultant should have excellent technical knowledge and experience in project financial structuring and design, especially for private sector projects. Proficiency in the English language is required. Associate Consultant(s) qualifications The Associate Consultant shall have a minimum qualification of a masters degree in social science studies, economics, engineering, or relevant working experience. The Associate Consultant should have at least five (5) years of experience in project management, specifically focusing on climate change or sustainable development projects, with financial structuring and design knowledge.
