Update Services For Strategic Noise Maps And Action Plans For The Network Of National Roads And Highways Managed By C.N.A.I.R. - S.A. The Description Of The Services Is Available In The Specifications. Attached To The Award Documentation, You Will Find All The Necessary Documents For Preparing The Offer. For The 295 Road Sectors For Which There Are Strategic Noise Maps, The Noise Maps Will Be Redone And Revised, Including The Action Plans. For The Road Sectors In Annex No. 1 To Order No. 1.928/1.544/2022, For Which Noise Maps Are Not Made, Noise Maps And Action Plans Will Be Made. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, And In Compliance With Article 17 Of The Service Contract, Any Changes That May Occur During The Contract Period Refer To The Following, Without Being Limited To These: A) Contracting Parties : 1) From The Point Of View Of Changing The Name, Status, Form Of The Company, Which Do Not Involve The Creation Of A New Legal Entity; 2) When The Provider Is Replaced By A New Provider, In The Situation In Which The Rights And Obligations Of The Initial Provider Resulting From The Public Procurement Contract Are Taken Over, As A Result Of A Universal Succession Or With Universal Title Within A Reorganization Process, Including Through Merger , Division, Acquisition Or Insolvency, By Another Economic Operator That Meets The Initially Established Qualification And Selection Criteria, Provided That This Change Does Not Imply Other Substantial Changes Of Of The Public Procurement Contract And Not Be Carried Out With The Aim Of Evading The Application Of The Award Procedures Provided By The Legislation In The Field Of Public Procurement. The Verification Of The Initially Established Qualification And Selection Criteria Is Done By Reporting To The New Provider; 3) Legislative Changes/Modifications; 4) Changes Of Subcontractors/Introduction Of New Subcontractors During The Course Of The Contract.
