The Province Of Groningen Wants To Conclude Framework Agreements With Consultancy And Engineering Firms Through A European Public Tender, Whereby Further Contracts Are Awarded In A Clear And Efficient Manner On The Defined Plots. This Ensures Less Fragmentation, Which Can Lead To Good Collaboration And The Learning Capacity In The Collaboration Is Expected To Be Greater Than In The Current Situation. We Also Aim To Take Innovations And Sustainability To A Higher Level Through Collaboration With Multiple Parties. A Certain Number Of Suppliers Are Contracted Per Plot Who Receive Orders In The Form Of Further Orders During The Term Of The Agreement. For The Procedure For Issuing Further Orders, See Chapter 1.6.
