Technical Assistance Services – Mm-Ser-04 Technical Assistance For The Management And Supervision Of Works Contracts From The Regional Project For The Development Of Water And Wastewater Infrastructure In Maramureș County. The Contract Includes Technical Assistance Services For The Management Of The Regional Project For The Development Of The Water And Wastewater Infrastructure In Maramureș County And Construction Supervision Services For The Implementation Of The Infrastructure Related To The Implementation Of The Project. Thus, Technical Assistance Services Include The Following: Activity A – Technical Assistance For Project Management A.1 – Assistance Provided To Ipu In The Process Of Approval, Authorization And Contracting (Works Contracts, Service Contracts And Supply Contracts) A.2 – Technical Assistance Provided To Ipu For The Management Of The Project A.3 - Ensuring The Technical Assistance Of The Designer During The Performance Of The Execution Type Works Contracts A.4 - Updating The Regional Master Plan And To The General Budget Of The Project, Which Also Includes The Elaboration Of Studies And Investigations: Topographical, Hydrogeological, Geotechnical, Studies On Water Consumption And Drinking Water Quality, Analyzes On Used Water, Evaluation Of Water Losses And Infiltrations; For All These Studies And Investigations, The Bidders Will Provide In Their Budgets, Without Deviation, A Global Amount Of 1,403,004 Lei Without Vat; Activity B – Supervision Of The Execution Of The Investments Foreseen By The Project B.1 – Pre-Construction Phase Supervision Activities B.2 – Construction Phase Supervision Activities B.3 – Post-Construction Supervision Activities Note: Number Of Days Until Which Interested Economic Operators Can Request Clarifications Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 19 Deadline By Which The Contracting Entity Will Respond To Requests For Clarification/Information Additional: 11 Days Before The Deadline Set For Receiving Offers.
