This Contract Must Also Cover Project Management Assistance For Maintenance Infrastructures Depending On The Type Of Rolling Stock Ultimately Selected. Furthermore, The Contract For The Acquisition Of Rolling Stock Must Include Maintenance Services For Said Equipment. The Analysis Of The Offers Will Be Carried Out At Full Cost Studied Over The Life Of The Fleet. The Contract Is A Framework Agreement Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L.2125-1, R.2142-9, R.2162-1 Et Seq., Giving Rise To The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R.2162- 7 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code. The Services Provided For In The Market Are Remunerated By Applying Unit Prices, As Defined In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu), To The Quantities Ordered. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of One Million And Five Hundred Thousand Euros Excluding Taxes (1,500,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax) For The Total Duration Of The Contract.
