Tenders are invited for Provision of Manufacturer Technical Support Services for IT Infrastructure and Systems with General Spare Parts Support from 2025 to 2027. Issue Date: 07/10/2024 14:00 Bid Closing Date: 17/11/2024 14:00 Scope of Work: 1. Provision of manufacturer technical and spare parts support service for IT infrastructure and systems on HUAWEI Devices for three (3) years, including Production Data Transmission System, Modular Server Room System, Communication Towers and outdoor shelters, High-end core network systems, network security equipment and so on 2. Provision of manufacturer technical and spare parts Support Service for Same-Frequency Simu-cast Digital Mobile Radio System for three (3) years 3. Provision of manufacturer technical, spare part support and software renewal service for IT infrastructure and systems on HPE Devices for three (3) years including HPE equipment for dedicated SAP HANA database environment, and other HPE devices for High-end core network systems, network security equipment, servers and storages and Centralized Data Backup Storage Systems. Additionally, the renewal of professional software related to SAP HANA such as SafeGuard, VMware Vsphere, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for Database and application shall be included. 4. Provision of General spare parts of IT infrastructure and systems for IT operations for Three (3) years including spare parts for network, UPS, Cable, Optical Transmitter and Receiver and so on.
