Tenders are invited for Provision of Monitoring Systems for Oilfield Operations Maintenance Contract 2025-2027. Issue Date 10/10/2024 09:00 Bid Closing Date 20/11/2024 14:00 Scope of Work The scope for provision of Monitoring Systems for Oilfield Operations Maintenance Contract 2025-2027 is based on the On-Call Basis and consists of the following: 1) Provision of General Service for Monitoring Systems used for Oilfield Operations: includes on demand On-Call based daily onsite engineer(s) & Hourly On-Call based Mobile Crane for working on heights etc. Daily onsite engineer(s) will be required for inspection, maintenance and replacing spare parts for Halfaya Oilfield CCTV, PAGA, Fire Alarm, Tension Fence, Large display screens, Turnstile and Access control system which are spread across the Oilfield. 2) Provision of Spare Part Service for Monitoring Systems used for Oilfield Operations: includes the provision of on-demand spare parts and delivery on-site service for specific CCTV, PAGA, fire alarms, tension fences, large display screens, turnstiles, and access control systems, as outlined in the spare parts list. 3) Provision of Reimbursement for Contingency of Spare Parts for: Critical spare parts not outlined in the spare parts list.
