Core Sectors: Agriculture, Energy, Social, Transport, Water 2. Roster Duration: Initial 3 Years, With A Possible 2-Year Extension 3. Eligibility: Firms From Non-Adb Member Companies May Apply To Join The Roster. Once The Roster Is Established, Firms Will Be Subject To The Member Eligibility Requirements Of Adb And World Bank, Ass Relevant Depending On The Contract In Question. 4. Eligibility. Single Firms Or Joint Ventures (Jv) May Apply. The Maximum Number Of Jv Partners Shall Be Three (3) Including Any Affiliated Firm, As Applicable. Sub-Consultants/Associate Firms May Not Be Proposed At This Stage. Affiliated Firms Belonging To The Same Group Of Companies May Only Participate In One Eoi. 5. Procurement Policy: The Establishment Of The Roster Will Be Undertaken In Accordance With The Adb Procurement Policy. For Subsequent Contracts Awarded To Firms On The Roster, The Procurement Policy Of The Bank Financing The Contract (Adb Or World Bank) Will Apply. 6.
