Amphibious Fences, Off-Limits Areas, Tree Protection), Participation In The Planning Of The Construction Process, Participation In The Clarification Of Cases Of Damage, That Have Caused Environmental Damage, If Necessary, Short-Term Creation And Implementation Support Of Protective And Avoidance Measures, Creation Of Protocols (Inspection And Meeting Minutes) And Independent Transmission To The Responsible Authorities, Documenting The Environmentally Relevant Construction Process (Notes, Photos), Advising The Local Construction Supervisory Authority And The Construction Company On Nature Conservation And Environmental Law Issues, Advising On Determining Methods Of Execution That Avoid Or Reduce Interventions, Irregular Inspection Of The Construction Site And All Sensitive Areas (At Least 2 Days/Month) Participation In Coordination And Construction Consultations On Site (1 Day/Month), Documentation/Final Report, Services After The Construction Phase (Monitoring): Implementation Of Monitoring Until The Intended Development Goal Is Documented In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Intervention Permit For A Coherence Assurance Measure (Re-Establishment Of Lrt 6510 On The Dike Body) And The Planting. The Monitoring Period Is 3 Years For The Coherence Assurance Measure And 5 Years For The Planting Of Woody Plants. . The Contractors Local Presence Must Be Ensured At Regular Intervals During The Construction Period, At Least Twice A Month. Personnel Continuity In Terms Of On-Site Presence Must Be Ensured Throughout The Entire Construction Period. . After The Construction Period, Monitoring Must Be Carried Out To Document Whether The Intended Development Goal Of The Coherence Assurance Measure And The Compensation Measures Have Been Achieved.
