Policy, Planning And Investment Division (Ppi) Within The Department Of Transport And Main Roads (Tmr) Defines And Shapes Key Strategies, Policies And Investment Planning For An Integrated Transport System That Supports The Safe And Efficient Movement Of People And Goods, While Delivering Value For The Community. The Rail Planning Team Within Transport, Strategy And Planning (Tsp) Branch Of Ppi Is Responsible For Delivering Major Rail Planning Projects. Key Projects/ Activities Within The Team Include, But Are Not Limited To:•Salisbury To Beaudesert Passenger Rail•Ipswich To Springfield Public Transport Corridor •Seq Level Crossing Program •Port Of Brisbane Further Planningtmr Has A Leadership Role In Working Collaboratively With Key Stakeholders For These And Other Projects To Ensure Planning And Proposed Infrastructure Solutions Integrate Well And Support Broader Transport Network Outcomes, Enables Customer-Focused, Modern And Seamless Services, And Provides Maximum Public Value For The Significant Investment Committed By Governments.
