Tenders are invited for 1. Construction of RCC Road started from Shahid Rowsan Sarak in front of Razzak Master Madrasha road to H.O Monir Shaheb (Due portion of JICA RCC Road) via east side of Moinuddin Market Hazi Ead Ali road. 2. Construction of RCC Drain started from Shahid Rowsan Sarak in front of Razzak Master Madrasha road to H.O Monir Shaheb (Due portion of JICA RCC Road) via east side of Moinuddin Market Hazi Ead Ali road. 3. Construction of Purba Chandona Primary School, (2 storied building with 4 storied foundation. 4. Construction of BC work from Echali-Bhararul Chowrasta to Jhalladi Jasmin Land via North side Monta, Shajahan and Anesar house. 5. Construction of RCC Drain work from Mirer Bazar Tongi-Kaliganj road to Kudabo Market via Bagicha. 6. Construction of RCC Road from Meghdubi Mazukhan road (Monir house) to Niaz Uddin Park via Khanpara Mosque and Monshibari Atabuddin house road. Eligibility of Tenderer: ITT 15.1(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor under public sector shall be 5 (Five years) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal) ITT 15.1(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector as Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least BDT 8,50,00,000.00 (Eight crore fifty lac only) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal) ITT 16.1(a) The required average annual construction turnover i.e total certified payments received for contracts as Prime Contractor in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than 14,76,00,000.00 ( Fourteen crore seventy six lac only) over the last 05 (Five) years. Only Payment certified shall be considered for assessment ( years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal) ITT 16.1(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be BDT 3,88,00,000.00 (Three crore eighty eight lac only) .(Bank statement/ credit line(s) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract) [ credit line(s) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified form, credit facilities should be substantiated by credit sanction letter and bank statement . 43.3 Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected.
