Structural Engineering Consultancy Services – Technical Advisor Services For The Project Construction: Construction Of Kelefina Dam N. Lakonia. The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Specialized Supervision And Quality Control Services By A Technical Consultant During The Construction Of The Kelefina Dam N. Laconia. According To The Proposed General Arrangement Of Works, The Construction Of An Earth Dam On The R. Kelefina, With A Useful Capacity Of 14.2 Million M3 Of Water, 51.0 M High From The Bed, With Clay Core, Filters And Strainers And Support Bodies Made Of Suitable Materials. The Technical Consultant Will Supervise And Control Compliance With The Contractual Requirements During The Construction Of The Project In Question And The Contractual Obligations Of The Contractor (Technical Specifications, Mainly Geotechnical), Until The Works Of Plugging And First Filling Of The Created Reservoir Are Completed. He Will Give An Opinion On Any Issues That Will Arise During The Construction Of The Project That Will Be Related To The Earthworks, The Embankment, The Waterproofing Of The Foundation, The Concretes And The Other Geotechnical Objects Of The Project. He Will Exercise Quality Control By Performing The Appropriate Laboratory Tests In The On-Site Laboratory. He Will Also Draw Up The First Filling File To Be Submitted To The Asd And Will Monitor The Behavior Of The Dam For The Period Of Time Between The Blockage Of The Diversion System And The Rise Of The Water To The Maximum Level.
