Tenders Are Invited For Installation Services Of Fire Protection Equipment – Supply, Installation And Maintenance Of Fire Prevention And Control Equipment In Municipal Buildings, For A Period Of 3 Years, Which Can Be Extended By 1 Additional Year
Installation Services Of Fire Protection Equipment – Supply, Installation And Maintenance Of Fire Prevention And Control Equipment In Municipal Buildings, For A Period Of 3 Years, Which Can Be Extended By 1 Additional Year. Object And Nature Of The Assignment: This Assignment Concerns A Services Assignment Within The Meaning Of The Law Of 17 June 2016. Its Object Is The Supply, Installation And Maintenance Of Fire Prevention And Control Equipment In Municipal Buildings, For A Period Of 3 Years, Which Can Be Extended By 1 Additional Year. This Contract Constitutes A Single Lot, Consisting Of 5 Items: - Item 1: Fire Extinguishers - Item 2: Reels And Fire Hydrants - Item 3: Pictograms - Item 4: Emergency Blocks - Item 5: Fire Blankets The Installation Procedure Is The Public Procedure. The Validity Of The Order Commences On The Date Stated In The Order Letter. Consequently, The Validity Period Of The Order Will Be Calculated From This Date. For Information Purposes, This Contract Would Start At The End Of 2024 / Beginning Of 2025. In Accordance With Article 85 Of The Act Of 17 June 2016, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Award This Contract Or To Restart It, If Necessary In Accordance With A Other Award Procedure. Sites Where The Services Are To Be Carried Out: For Information, See Current Inventory/List In Annex C: List And Addresses Of The Sites Affected By This Contract. This List Is Not Completely Fixed And Could Be Expanded To Include Other Buildings That The Municipality Could Purchase/Manage In The Future. Duration Of The Agreement: The Present Contract Will Be Concluded After Notification Of The Award Decision To The Designated Tenderer. The Contract Will Start On The Date To Be Stated In The Contract Award Notification Letter At The End Of 2024/Beginning Of 2025. The Date Of The Start Of The Implementation Will Be Announced At Least 1 Month In Advance. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 3 Years. Where Appropriate, The Assignment Can Be Extended For An Additional Year. Days And Hours That The Sites Are Open: In General, On Working Days (Weekdays) Between 8:00 Am And 4:00 Pm.
