The Subject Of The Order Is Design, Construction And Authors Supervision Of An Object Construction, Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of Internal Technical Infrastructure Within The Boundaries Of Industrial Park Balkan, City Lovech, Northern Industrial Zone. The Main Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of An Engineering Contractor (Design, Construction And Author Supervision) Who Will Perform The Following Main Activities: Preparation Of A Technical Investment Project For The Site Construction, Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of Internal Technical Infrastructure Within The Boundaries Of The Industrial Park Balkan, Town Lovech, Northern Industrial Zone. The Contractor Must Prepare A Technical Project With Accounting Documentation That Contains At Least The Following Project Parts: 1) Part: Plumbing 2) Part: Structures 3) Part: Electrical 4) Part: Gasification 5) Part: Geodesy 6) Part: Fire Safety 7 ) Part: Road 8) Part: Permanent Organization Of Traffic 9) Part: Parking Arrangement 10) Part: Temporary Organization Of Traffic 11) Part: Safety Plan And Health 12) Part: Construction Waste Management Plan Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works For Internal Technical Infrastructure Within The Boundaries Of The Industrial Park Balkan, In The City Of Lovech, Northern Industrial Zone. The Construction Of Internal Technical Infrastructure Includes The Implementation Of The Street Network, Water Supply, Sewage, Gas Supply And Electricity Supply Of The Balkan Industrial Park, Which Will Improve The Conditions For Production Activities And Investments.
